Returns & Exchanges

We do our best to make sure you receive products that fit well on you. But if you are unhappy with your items, we accept returns and exchanges that follow our policy within 7 days of delivery.

• You may return your item for an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition with their tags – unwashed and unworn.
• However, all swimwear items are not under this policy due to hygiene concerns.
• Exchanges are based on availability.
• Purchased items can only be exchanged for a different size or color. Should you prefer a different style with a different price, kindly email us at shop@agossurf.com.
• We have the right to deny returns or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the requirements of our return policy. If so, you will be liable for shipping the item back to you.
